Delete my account
Email support@jettyfisher.com from the same address you signed up with, subject line “Delete my account”. We will delete the account, catch logs, photos, comments, and secret spots tied to it. Public spots you published stay in the community map without your user id.
The map is blank
Kill the app and open it again with signal. Native builds must talk to https://jettyfisher.com — if you sideloaded a debug build without that origin, tiles resolve into the app bundle and the map is grey. The production store builds set that origin.
Camera identify
Identify is Pro, on the iOS and Android apps only, and only when we have switched it on. It names species. It does not measure 22 inches. It is not legal advice. There is no green keeper light.
Tide alarms
Slack-water push works on the website when installed to the home screen (especially iPhone). The App Store / Play apps do not send those pushes yet.
